La mia carriera si è sviluppata tra formazione, tecnologia e innovazione digitale, con un obiettivo chiaro: aiutare scuole, organizzazioni, ma soprattutto le persone a crescere attraverso la cultura digitale, without losing sight of core values, such as etica, inclusione e responsabilità. Il tutto immerso in un contesto internazionale Europeo con il Programma Erasmus+.
Experience Erasmus+ and international cooperation
From 2013 ho sviluppato tantissimi progetti Erasmus+ lavorando come Project Manager, formatore e consulente in progetti di mobility and the exchange of good practices tra scuole, università e organizzazioni di diversi Paesi Europei.
This international experience has taught me that digital education is not a local challenge, but a shared journey that must speak a European, inclusive, and intercultural language.
Skills and areas of training
Over the years I have designed and conducted training courses on:
- DigComp and DigCompEdu – the european frameworks for digital skills of citizens and teachers;
- The generative and prompt engineering – practical applications for teachers, students and administrations;
- Coding and computational thinking – inclusive activities for primary and secondary school;
- Innovative teaching methodologies – flipped classroom, gamification, project-based learning;
- Change management e innovazione digitale – percorsi su misura per PA, enti no profit e imprese;
- Strumenti di Inclusione Digitale - linee guida per l'utilizzo di strumenti digitali per facilitare l'accesso a internet e allo studio

AI, ethics, and the future of education
In recent years I have focused my work on AI and education as a lever of cultural transformation.
I believe in an AI that does not replace the teacher, but empowers them:
- personalizing learning paths;
- freeing up time for critical thinking and creativity;
- supporting the inclusion of students with special educational needs.
I promote an ethical and responsible use of AI: transparency, data protection, and respect for cultural and linguistic diversity.
